LOCATION:
Pollença in the North of the Spanish island Majorca is known for its beautiful villas with huge gardens and fantstic views.
PROJECT:
The existing garden around the villa was in our eyes wrongly distributed and so the idea was to change completely the entry, the roads, the walls and even the old existing olive trees to bring the best out of this fantastic plot.
The garden was modified in the same time as there was renovations going on inside the house, hand in hand with the constructor we built the outside of the house. The plot got divided in different zones such as entry, petanque, solar panells, citrus garden, pool area, outside kitchen etc. The aim was to modify the exterior in a way that looked like it has always been like this so it suits the typical majorcan stone house that could have been there for hundred of years.
